2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) define the terms of subscription, payment and use of paid offers offered on the Visicard platform.

3. Offers and subscriptions

Visicard offers three subscription plans:

  • Flex: monthly subscription
  • Smart: 6-month subscription
  • Master: annual subscription

Each subscription gives access to the associated features for the entire validity period of the subscribed plan.

4. Trial period

A free 14-day trial period is offered when subscribing to a plan.

The user can cancel their subscription at any time during the trial period. No charge will be made if the cancellation occurs before the end of the 14 days.

5. Price and payment

Subscription prices are indicated in euros (€). Payment is due at the end of the trial period, then automatically renewed according to the chosen plan (monthly, semi-annual or annual).

6. Cancellation and refund

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space.

In case of cancellation after the trial period, no refund will be made. The subscription remains active until the end of the already paid period.

At the end of this period, no new charge will be made and the user's profile will be automatically deactivated.

7. Service access after cancellation

After the subscription expires, the user account is deactivated. Associated data may be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

8. Liability

Visicard is provided "as is". XELCOMTECH cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions, bugs or data loss beyond its control.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services executed immediately after the end of the trial period.

10. Modification of T&C

XELCOMTECH reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification.

11. Applicable law

These T&C are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
